In Spain, going out for tapas (ir de tapeo) is an incredibly fun experience. Friends move from bar to bar, tasting the best each place has to offer, and meeting the same people over and over. In this class, you get the whole experience in one place, with your group at the center. Guided by Chef Daniel, you’ll cook, laugh, and share a spread of small plates you’ve made with your own hands. It’s a lively, collaborative way to bring people together — just like a night of tapas hopping in Spain.
