Larger Groups
For groups over 20, we rent a nearby kitchen for an additional fee. Full details are provided during planning.
The Class
Chef Daniel welcomes the group and introduces the menu. He demonstrates each stage of the process and works alongside the group as you make the dough from scratch, roll it out, and shape the ravioli together.
The Meal
Once the ravioli are ready, we cook them and serve with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. An antipasto, salad, and dessert round up the meal.
