Chef Daniel provides guidance for the whole process, ensuring every participant is involved. The event ends gathered around the table, enjoying the soufflés straight from the oven with Lavazza coffee and a curated selection of teas.

The Class

Chef Daniel welcomes the group and introduces the process. He demonstrates each stage — preparing the ramekins, making the chocolate base, whipping the meringue, and folding to the perfect texture — while working alongside the group to ensure every soufflé rises beautifully. The soufflés go into the oven and emerge perfectly risen.

The Soufflé Moment

Because soufflés wait for no one, as soon as they go into the oven we prepare the tables for service and gather waiting in anticipation. The minute they are out, we enjoy them with Lavazza coffee and a selection of teas.
