Chef Daniel's culinary perspective was shaped by his roots in Argentina and over 40 years of living in the heart of California's diverse food scene. While he spent decades cooking and exploring flavors, he eventually decided to attend culinary school for a very specific purpose: to cement his years of random experiences with formal technical discipline. He wanted to bridge the gap between "knowing what tastes good" and understanding the professional principles of why it works. Today, he uses that blend of intuition and training to help his guests become more confident, creative cooks.

Our Philosophy: Beyond the Recipe
Think Like a Chef
Learn basic techniques and how to compartmentalize your procedures to make cooking feel organized and effortless. We want you to gain the confidence necessary to enjoy more freedom when you cook.
Improvise with Ease
Learn to trust your instincts so you can eventually cook with what's in your pantry, not just what's written down by somebody else.
Enjoy the Process
Develop a mindset of constant improvement that you can take back to your own kitchen.
Build Confidence
At The Foodery, we believe the best meals come from a place of confidence rather than strict memorization.
The Why Behind Steps
Instead of just following a recipe, you'll pick up the "why" behind the steps.
Social & Engaging
Our events are designed to be engaging and social, while naturally introducing the ideas that make a great cook.
